    The MacMillans are Unique

    I am writing you to say thank you to the MacMillan's for all of your help. As you know we have been flipping houses for the past 6 years. When we purchased our last 2 flippers we did not expect the economy and house prices to collapse!! We had been with our last realtor for 5 years and although we paid (much less in fees) we did not receive the knowledge we needed to get out of our situation. In particular our Sherwood Park property that we had listed for a year. We had an offer on the house and passed on it trying to get more. It did not work. When we explained the situation to the MacMillans they explained when you have a deal on the table you work with it, you never know what is around the corner. Scott looked at our home, gave me some staging advice and told me to landscape the front. I got an honest opinion telling me what I had to do to sell this home. I listed with the MacMillan Team and (they are a True Team) and we had multiple offers.The second home we listed also sold quickly.I was shocked with the follow calls from your family and the website comments from realtors who sold the home was amazing. As a developer I need honest opinions and as a family run business (we work from our home and have 5 children) what a breath of fresh air when Kelly Macmillan met a photographer (OH YES THEY HIRE A PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER) to let him into my house when I was tied up in meetings.     All of The MacMillans are Wonderful

    Being a Real Estate investor it is very important for me to work with someone in the industry that understands what type of properties I am looking for so that they can narrow the field down quickly and save time. Plus that person needs to be able to close the deal and ensure that everyone understands what all the people involved need in order to make the deal a win - win for everyone involved. Jay is a master at this. Not only does he find me what I am looking for in properties (even when I am not looking) but he has the natural ability to facilitate the communication between everyone so that any challenges that come up become the glue that brings the deal together. He loves the challenge of making it work for everyone. Jay and all of the Macmillan's are wonderful people and professional to work with. They are family people who are focused, supportive and successful. They are part of my team and make business and life so enjoyable and rewarding.
